I’m in the nitto ridge grappler camp. This is my second set and they’ve been great. Perform great off road and are extremely quiet on the pavement.

KO2s are fantastic most any situation. Invisible on the street

I like the KOs, but they grab and throw rocks. So far, we’ve liked our Pats. Only 7k miles on mine, but they seem to hold up pretty good. We’re cheap too.

Also a vote for the Ridge Grapplers. I have always been a BFG AT KO/KO2 lover, but after some time on the Nitto RG's I am shocked at how well they have performed. Quite on the street, great at 12psi and clean mud just fine. Truly a "hybrid" tire. I will be switching over from the BFG's that are still on my truck to the RG's shortly.

Cooper STT Pro have them now and had them on the JK. Lighter than BFG, lower cost and I like the ride better. Liked KM2 as well

Jeeps lots of jeeps
I've had the MXT, Pro Comp, and Patagonia. All three are quiet, smooth, and stay balanced.

MXT is the best looking out of the three but a bit louder.

Retired from Corrections....I have stories.
I run the Cooper STT PRO. They are quiet enough and wear great, ride smooth. This is what they look like at 19,000+ miles for tread. I am thinking I might get close to 50,000 miles out of them.

I would want to like the MIlestar Patagonia tires, but with them wearing out so fast the cost savings is just not worth it to me. It is 200 bucks to get tires mounted on beadlock wheels around me so a tire change eats up all of the savings.

How is the on highway /on road noise, compared to the KO2 on a Jeep? I've got a hardtop, but before I had KM2s on an old Land cruiser, and the drone above 45 mph was deafening.

Same question...How is the on highway /on road noise, compared to the KO2 on a Jeep? I've got a hardtop.

The STT Pros are definitely louder than KO2's. Any MT will be. I don't mind it so much, but you can definitely hear it. Louder than GY Duratracs, Quiter than BFG KM's (gen 1 it's been a while). Those are the only other tires I can compare them to.

It's either between the KFG KM3's or the Mastercraft MXT's. MXT's are going to cost me about $1,500, BFG's about $2,000 out the door.

I don't think they are loud. I can talk on the phone at any speed, carry on a normal conversation and I do not have to turn up the radio to drowned out the tires. Can you hear them, yes is it ridiculous no. This goes for the hardtop and the soft top.

I can not compare them to the stock tires. I literally drove the Jeep home from the dealership and put the STT PROs on. I had the wheels and tires bought and mounted, five months before I ordered the JLUR.
