ATTENTION THOSE LOOKING TO INSTALL WINCH ON MOPAR STEEL BUMPER

The Zeon 10s weight is 75lbs shipping weight. So, installed weight is probably around 70lbs or so. I will be installing next week sometime, so will post pics if my springs are compressed any further. I have the Mopar lift installed, so I hope the extra 70lbs doesn't affect it too much.

Rusty's comes with the hawse fairlead plate and even nuts to reinstall the bolts that remove the top plate. I had the Mopar on my Rubicon X and Rusty's was better in my oppinion.

Looks great, if I might ask where are the "tight tolerances" for the install? Is it in the width below the bumper or perhaps the height of the motor on the winch possibly hitting inside of the bumper? Still looking for a plate to mount my Smitybilt X2O.

OK, Zeon's 10s measure width wise = 24.25 and the SB X20's width is 22.3 - that's good news I think.

They said a Smittybilt XP9500 fit and it's 20.88" wide so that had me concerned.

@My#8andlast, how cleanly would a 20” light bar fit in front of the winch under the brush bar?

The Zeon 10s will fit. I have not installed it yet as I am awaiting the JCR off-road winch plate, but my Zeon is in the garage patiently waiting. JCR off-road installed the 10s on their Rubicon without any modification, but said it was a fairly tight fit. I have the factory 55 fairlead and ultrahook on the way as well. Plan is for a buddy and me to install next Saturday morning. Will post pics once done.
