Rough Country released 2.5 inch lift today for JL Wrangler

Installed mine today, ride is just like stock. My one and only complaint is the rear sway bar links are just a fraction too short. They end up touching my Rubicon shocks at full extension.
Great product for the price!

How long did it take you? Did you just use a jack and stands or a lift. Looks great BTW.

It took me 2-3 hours, but I have a lift and have lifted several Jeep's. One thing I did that the instructions don't call for is loosen all the control arm/track bar bolts then torque them back down once it's settled on the ground. That way there is no bind on the bushings when it's lifted. Just make sure you have a torque wrench that goes to 190lbs. The JL lower control arm bolts are now larger and require that much torque... On the JK they were 125ft/lbs

I've never had to pay someone to align a Jeep. All you can do is adjust toe in. You can do that yourself with a tape measure.

Here is the Mopar 2" lift kit post-installation alignment info...this is what I gave to my tire shop mechanic after I installed the RC 2.5" lift. Hopefully this helps other folks either in DIY alignment scenario or to provide their alignment shop folks.

yeah, note their drawing has no real Jeep on top of those coil springs...maybe that is how they tested 'em

No but the rough country 2.5 sst bows just as bad....Practically rubbing the bumpstop

No spring bow on my kit. I installed a Mopar kit the day before for a customer and it had some fairly bad spring bow. It did ride nice View attachment 17982 , felt softer than my stock Rubi on 33s(He had C Rated 35s at the same PSI.)

Here we go - RC 2.5", 285/70/17 Nitto Terra Grappler G2, 17" American Racing Bajas. Im sure the lift has settled by now, and I used the Mopar 2" Alignment instructions provided above. :D

Looks great. BTW spacer lifts don't settle. So what you have right now won't settle like springs.
