I went from near the top of the order sheet to the bottom after I didn’t pass inspection and Jeep started my order over. Now I’m seeing all these noobs posting how they ordered “Feb X” and are counting their order status in days and weeks instead of months..... Starting to feel like the old guy in the club who is realizing he is the old guy in the club who should be at home doing more valuable things with his life. :headbang: :cwl: Don’t get me wrong, I’ve loved this forum and have had a great time reading some of the comments. I’m convinced Wrangler owners are the best people to socialize with like this (you’ll never find me on a Prius forum) :giggle: .....but if I’m still checking my delivery status multiple times a day 3 weeks from now.....let’s just say I might have to increase my drinking or my church involvement (or both) to get by :please:

Is it bad I want to track my JL every night? These JeepChat people probably hate me bahahah
I asked one night if they can see how many times we have connected to Jeep Chat. The answer is yes, they can see every past chat history. Sometimes, I think they just refer to previous chats rather than actually look something up.

Is there a possibility my JL will be in "D" status for more than 30 days? Im at day 24 of 30 in D status now. They said "typically" 30 days is the longest. Anyone more then 30 in D status?
I ordered on 1/11. Went to D1 on the 19th and then back to D. I've been in D for thirty days. Jeep chat says there's nothing I can do and that this is the "normal" build schedule. I hope you have better luck! I ordered a 6 speed Sahara loaded (except for tow package).

I'm tired of waiting. My Jeep has been sitting less than 20 miiles from me for a week. I looked at Ford Raptors today. Went by and told my dealer that the only way they keep my business is to SERIOUSLY sweeten my deal. 5% under invoice isn't good enough now. Every day I wait, they will have to do more for my business. How hard is it to send an employee over with a truck and trailer to get it? They tried to tell me they couldnt do it but when I bought my JK, the dealer did exactly that. They saw they had one at the railyard that was exactly what I was looking for and they sent an employee over and he picked it up the same day.
maybe YOU should sweeten the deal. They are basically giving the Jeep away to you and they need to do more for your business?

Sorry. I haven't had my coffee yet but the amount of entitlement on this thread is starting to get to me.

Anybody else order before December 1st, go to D-status and then drop back to C-status?

I am still stuck in C-status for a build dated 11/27/2017

Just a quick explanation for everyone who keeps saying "waiting for the train to CA",or "waiting for a train to somewhere". Full railcars (a lot of them) leave Toledo and head out, the trains go through "hump yards" or "flat yards" where the railcars are broken up and separated and classified onto separate tracks where new trains are formed and sent out in different directions. Hump yards are actually really cool, the engine pushes the railcars to the top of a main made slopes where the railcars are disconnected, then through a computer controlled sorting system, use gravity to roll down into their classification track (depending on what cargo they have and where they are going). Its actually really cool. I became pretty intrigued by this in this whole process, as I've always wondered how these huge trains become one with all their cargo. Not sure what the method used for deciding which vehicles go on individual railcars is, but if you research hump yards on Google or YouTube, its pretty awesome to check them out.

My Jeep was in Nashville yesterday, wonder where it will go through today.

Anybody here place an order before December 1st and still in C-status?

This is complete horse sh!t and I'm tired of waiting. My original order was placed back on Aug 8th 2017 and I'm still without a new Jeep.
