I ordered before the election. I have never been able to get code status.

When I ordered my 22 it took 5 months. Getting info was hit and miss then. Can Jeep Customer Service give you an update. They use to be able to. The online build sheet should be available just before they start the build.

I’ve tried 7 times over a period of several weeks but they refuse to give me a code. I just know that it’s been shipped. The delivery date keeps changing tho. Just wanted to know where we were at in the shipping process but they won’t budge.

The chat people refuse to give out status codes. I’ve tried so many times during the process with no luck. I was able to get the codes when I ordered my 2021 but not this time. So curious bc my est delivery date has changed 3 times now.

I have a Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid on "order"... It was originally due on 2/22, now it's showing 3/16, it literally changes daily... So, it's not just Jeeps getting delayed...

I’m fine w the delay. Just curious where we are at in the shipping process.

If it’s in shipping Your salesman should have that info for you.

Mine was ordered 12/31 and confirmed 1/2/25. My dealer provided the VON before I left the dealership on 12/31. It arrived at the PA railroad today, 7 weeks after being ordered and I’ll pickup early next week. The tracking site was typically delayed 2-3 days and my sales manager kept me up to date with any shipping status including when it arrived off the train.

Im hoping that it’s not built yet or that it’s not available for at least a month. I ordered this in hopes that it would take a bit so it would be ready by the time my lease was up. I’m hoping to be able to get it late May or early June but this is looking like potentially late April early May at this point. Any thoughts?

I got an email offer for bonus cash allowance and it says I must take delivery by 05/06/2025. In the fine print, it states: Must order or take retail delivery by 05/06/2025. Does that mean if I order prior to 5/6/25, that the code will still work if vehicle arrives after 5/6?
