You could go for a swim with that key and it'd be fine... this isn’t a new concept.
They've been using the new fob for free diving. I hear they broke a free diving record with using it as a weight.

Thanks for this. I was wondering what that mat was in the accessory bag. I am glad I didn't throw it out.
Where is this mat?

I don’t know if it will show up in the picture, but there is a small piece of clear protective film over the front of the rear fender flares.

I have the JLUS and mine doesn’t have these. Yours is a Rubi though right?

You have a Rubi?

They came with the Rubi only, since it has the 4 Aux buttons standard.
Yeah. Have a Rubi. The Aux buttons come std with the tow pkg which I have. Haven’t seen that bag of stuff yet so where is it put in the truck?

Sounds like it’s related to the tow package more than the trim
Oops. Thanks for the info.

No bag of stuff in mine. But the cargo area little pad was already in mine.

I noticed the turn signals don't do that stupid thing where you push it once and it blinks 1-3x. These things you hold it down it blinks, the second you let it go it stops. I love this and completely caught me by surprise. Combine with the solid feel of the stubby stalks it's awesome.
That’s not my experience. If I tap it, it blinks three times.

Tap is 3, hold is immediate.

**edit** apparently quoted wrong post.

Just noticed this. Finally a great spot for the tool kit!

Saw this an thought it belonged here.

Jeep tool set attaches to the back of the seat.

First time Jeep owner here, and a lot of the mentions already cover things that I really enjoy; key fob/iPhone holder, 3x blinker mode, and all the little easter egg icons throughout to name a few. The heat shrink and splicing kit comes with the Aux package, which if ordered on the car comes with the towing package (this can be ordered alone later).

One thing that I'm really going to like is the uConnect system. I mtn bike a lot and on quick trips or DH runs I won't ride with a backpack so no good pockets for keys/phone but I always have my Apple watch on me. uConnect app lets me unlock the Jeep from my wrist so I can easily leave keys/phone in the car instead of hiding the key fob onto of the rear wheel (previous car was lowered and wheel was tucked in).

I don't have a Rubi so no molle straps for me, except for the rear gate. Attached the included tool kit there until I purchase the fold down camp table.

Finally, absolutely love the driver screen, it's many displays, and it's startup video (I apologize for the Instagram vid, I wasn't able to upload a video file here):
