Yes to the above post.

The rear window defroster has a zigzag pattern under the resting position of the rear wiper to de-ice it. Nice!

Mark Allen, chief designer, said that the little flat spot between the chicken bar (grab handle above the glove box) and the tuner knob, is for mounting a microphone for a cb or HAM radio.

I am surprised it doesn't fold all the way down as it does on the JL or JK.
Not sure just what you are saying. This is a JL and the seats do go all the way down, I just stopped it once I pulled the latch to show that the headrests drop and you can leave them down if you so desire. I then pushed the seat back until it latched and left the headrests down for "show and tell". :).
On my JK the headrests were pushed back by the front seats as you dropped the seat down and they were always really tight and hard to move. The JL is a breeze.

I am correct in assuming there are only 2 positions for the head rest, up or 90 degree angle down? I think but am not positive that the non-unlimited allows for full fold down of your head rest. Not a huge deal but let's say I want the most rear visibility, I would have to fold the seat head rests down, totally cool. But then where does my 70 lb lab sit? Just seems like they could have folded into the seats if needed.

Yes, they only move 90. I suppose just dropping the seats down for your lab is not what you really want?

For the AUX switches? To connect light or what ever? There are 8 shrink wraps in there and there are 4 AUX switches (2 for each) so that would be my guess.

I don’t know if it will show up in the picture, but there is a small piece of clear protective film over the front of the rear fender flares.
