Jeep Chat just said my Jeep should be at the dealer today with no status codes showing. It was in F on Tuesday. Seems a bit odd.

Edit: According to Craig, they were way off lol. In other news, Passed inspection and now in JB!

My JLUR was unloaded in Roper Utah on 02/12/2018 and it's just sitting there. Any idea on delivery times to Boise area? It's so close.....exited!

I ordered my Rubicon from the same dealer and they said usually 5-7 days after the last train stop in Roper Utah. Truck from there to Caldwell.

Why am I JS rather than KZ? That I don't know.

But they said I was just waiting for a CA bound train.

Yeah, I noticed yours is Red too. I'm wondering if there was a paint issue. I would think most other production issues could easily be fixed unless a part failed. I can also see a lack of spare parts causing a delay if that was the case.

Wasn’t there a guy whose JL was held there because of a paint issue/defect ?!
Which color was it ?!

Help! I’ve JB’d and I can’t get up! It took one day to go from D1 to built in JB status and now it has been 2 weeks waiting for a limited amount of additional equipment to be installed! Whoever the “BodyVendor” is, their process is obviously broken and a significant bottleneck to the overall delivery process. It doesn’t matter that Jeep can build a Rubicon in one day if every other process around that takes multiple weeks. Sorry, just venting about the crazy variation and unpredictability in the Jeep Wrangler production process!

So....this text was just sent to my sales guy after realizing several odd things about the update he sent me.....including how my order date was showing 2/5 instead of 11/29 when I ordered it. I have to say, after almost 4wks in “I” and 48hrs of questionable responses from my sales guy about why I’m on “I” for so long, I’m really starting to wish the Toyota TRD Pro came with more tech bc I think, as excited as I was about the idea of getting a JL, this is starting to feel like a lot of hassle and money to get such crappy service from what is already THE worst reliability brand in the industry. Not wanting to rain on everybody’s parade, but let’s be honest. JEEP/Dodge/Chrysler’s have a certain reputation and the past three months has proven their customer service seems as shaky. Not sure it is worth it at the rate this is going for me...

Interesting. I just posted a rant about how jacked up this is (as I am almost to a month in I and my sales guy cant seem to find his @$$ from his grandmothers elbow anymore. I’ve been pretty patient and positive through all this, but I feel like it is all hitting me at once today and I’m ready to go pay cash for a used subaru and move on with my life lol. I ordered this thing as production started and 5 months before my current lease is up. If I don’t have a JL by April I’ll have a hard time forgiving FCU ha. So, whatever they messed up they need to fix it soon Smh
