i had to text my dealer, by she is somewhere in Iowa right now. Still don't know ETA though.

I appreciate that. I asked if there was an issue or a lack of a part that was holding it up, but Jeep chat just said parts are there and it is moving through the process. I guess I will have to exercise patience, which is not my strongest trait. Well on the positive side they have to finish it in the next 4 days to not violate their own rules.

Maybe they crave all the contact we give them requesting updates on our Jeeps. Maybe a ploy to prove their worth and hire additional chat specialists

I’m with you in JB as well. My Moab has been in there for 5 days. No window sicker either. I keep checking with Jeep chat and they said it’s moving along great. Canned response. Ordered on 5/21

Jeep chat just told me mine is in KZ and on its way to the final truck yard. Anyone had that and have any idea what it means? I've been reading through the thread and haven't seen that term.

have you actually called them and not used the jeep chat? i did that when i was in D1 forever and the gave me a case number and it wasn't long after that my girl got built.

Thanks - I have a window sticker now, so it seems to be progressing..... Hope Jeep likes the warranty work they are doing today on a vehicle they plan to buy back anyway... that's gotta burn someone's @ss at HQ.

Mine has been stuck in "Adding additional packages" for a while now. I'm betting it's the headliner for the hardtop and maybe the tow package.
