Pre-tty sure this wonât get you an answer any faster though loldealer, factory rep, Jeep Chat & Customer care...useless!
Agreed, when will 2DR's start rolling out of Toledo?Welcome Jasmine/Julie @ Jeep Cares....46 posts, no reply? Almost two months since my JL order, my only question has been âwhen is 2door production scheduled to begin?â cricket sounds...dealer, factory rep, Jeep Chat & Customer care...useless!
Or similar to the "Soup Nazi" episode from Seinfeld. Step out of line wanting a special Wrangler color or feature and FCA replies: "No Jeep for you!".Iâd just roll over laughing if someone from Jeep would come out an say....
âYouâll get what we give you, when we give it to you.... and youâll like itâ
LOL. I'm sure Jeep is very sorry that you're growing tired of waiting for a feature that has never been offered on a wrangler before.
Yeah, right. As mentioned by someone else above, this is what JeepCares is about: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...te-iphone-incoming-outgoing-call-issues.3574/
They are not going to answer a myriad of questions about colors, options, timelines, etc. So everyone can save their collective digital breaths.
I think it's pretty clear. @JeepCares is here to monitor the forum. They did not say they will be interacting with members the way @JLWF Dealer Guy does. Don't expect them to. I would hope when something like @newJLUguy's story happens, they will PM him and handle it. They probably are keeping tabs on busy threads and sending internal FCA messages like "Hey factory dudes, we're seeing a bunch of complaints about wind noise. You should have QC double-check that." I wouldn't expect much more. Our team will be monitoring forum threads to keep an eye out for your concerns and proactively reaching out to offer support.

Sorry, frustration creeps in, sarcasm rears up. If Apple launched a new product like this, the media would be roasting their A$$. I mean itâs a $50K purchase, not a $500 iPhone. My 12/13 initial configuration preview was not confirmed till 12/19 with a VON, due to Jeep computer/server problems, as per my dealer. Really?Pre-tty sure this wonât get you an answer any faster though lol
Thanks for this info, Sierra Nevada! We generally handle concerns on a case by case basis. Any one is welcome to send us a direct message to talk more about what they are experiencing. We'd be glad to help however we can.Welcome aboard. 2 Things I've seen reported so far.
1. The Start (Ignition) button did not work for 2 of our members. One member had it fail at the toll booth, 25 miles from the dealership.
2. The transfer case shift is very tight (difficult to shift into 4H). One member said it was much more difficult than his JK. Another member thought he broke the linkage. Most agree its hard to shift. Haven't read any feedback on shifting into 4L.
Thx!
'Any way you can let us know if there is a transportation delay going on right now? There are around 30 fellas on here who have been KZ for a bit and haven't shipped.
I have been sitting between I status and JS status for a week now.
Jeep.com chat has proven itself to be practically useless for information.
