Hey Mike!! :). Did you ever get that rear bumper installed?
I did, haven’t really been able to get a really good shot of it, but I did take these just now. What I will caution you with though, the instructions state to remove the parking sensors and install into the Fishbone bumper using the factory brackets. Well, if you’re replacing a plastic factory bumper the brackets do not come off of the bumper without destroying them. So what I had to do was call the dealership and order the brackets that go on the steel bumper. Granted, it’s only about $30 extra, but it’s the fact that I had to put the plugs into the bumper and run without the parking sensors for a few days. Again, not a huge deal, but, when spending that amount of money, it should have the brackets. I did try calling Fishbone to talk to them about it, but wasn’t able to get ahold of a person and I just haven’t bothered to call back. I need to swing by the dealer and pickup the brackets, and then we’ll see how the whole setup works out. As far as the bumper itself, I like it, it feels sturdy. I need to wash some of the road grime off the Jeep and take some photos in the daylight.

Thank you for this!!! and thank you for the heads up about the sensors. Not many people are running these bumpers that I've been able to find.

Finally got my new wheels installed. Stuck with the Milestar Pat's. Next tire rotation i'll have to paint the axle nut area cause there are no center caps.

Yes, I had the RC spacer kit. I also have RC lower control arms, and JKS track bars and the Metalcloak steering stabilizer, and FAD skid. All I did was swap in the springs, .5" spacers and new shocks. I didn't measure but the Jeep is at least an inch and a half if not two inches taller than it was with the spacer kit. I'm hoping the springs settle some because my wife now has a hard time getting in and wants some kind or step (bleh)... I think I could clear 40's easily on this set up like it is...

The first pic is on spacers, the second on the new springs.

What size tires and what width rims do you have? They look fat. Can you post a picture of the front of the Jeep? Do you like the tires? How’s the ride? Thanks in advance!

Installed an EAG stubby bumper with integrated HiLift jack holder, winch, 14800LM aux lights, factory fogs with LED bulbs and the Mopar running boards.

Still saving up for my 3.5"-4" lift, beadlocks, and 37" Nittos.

BTW, the bumper I got for free from the valet company that dented my factory plastic sport bumper. They told me to order what I wanted. Nice.
How do you like the EAG bumper? I just bought one and plan to install it this weekend.

37x12.5x17 Mastercraft MXT , The wheels are 17x9 Method "The Standard".

The tires are pretty good, I can't complain about them. They're a D range tire so they do ride nice but with the new springs, I need to drop the pressure some... it's a little jarring at times...

The pic is on the old spacer lift but otherwise it's the same...

I have been wondering about this. So you only replaced the springs and shocks? I have an RC 2.5 coil spacer lift on mine from early last year and thinking of doing something like this instead of a full blown kit from MC but wasnt sure if it would work. Not sure if you measured but how much lift do you have now?
Just note that if you run a heavier spare tire and rim it may weight the back down more. I'm about an inch off from the front so I'll need to add an inch spacer spring kit in the back.

I went with the Falcon shocks and 2.5 inch Evo coils.

Technically not "to" my Jeep, but I set up my Echo Dot to control it via voice commands. It's not all that useful for me, just did it because I could. Hi, my name is Rob, and I'm a gadget-holic. :)
Finished up making the bracket, just have to run the power lead up to the battery and done deal

Great job on fabricating that!!

I would sandblast the surface for prep and plasti-dip it. Or that's going to start rusting like crazy.

Otherwise good job!!

Thanks! Should be good against rust, I sprayed zinc chromate, then primer and then bedliner as the final coat. Had good lick with that process on the fenders I’ve built for a friends TJ
