Could I get away with simply swapping out the springs and adding shocks with the RC components? Why did you do the spacer and not just roll with the RC 3.5 springs? Also what size shock did you go with?
Yes, but I'd at least add lower control arms and track bars at both ends... You'll need the LCA's to get caster back so it drives well... I did the spacer kit last year before a bunch of stuff was out for the JL... it was just about the only spacer kit out at the time... I added the .5 teraflex spacer with the MC springs for the added weight on the front...

The shocks are Falcon 2.1's for 2 -3.5 inches...https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...on-series-2-1-monotube-shock-kit-2-3-5in-lift

Eventually, I'll add all the arms to get everything exactly where it should be...

Ah. So you are just really the arms away from complete MC kit for the most part. I priced this out broken up and it darn near comes to the total cost of the MC gamechanger 3.5 with their shocks. Only a 300 difference.

there's a code that knocks almost a 100 bucks off the shocks... but yes, since I pierced this together, I could've bought a complete kit for about the same money... I even have the MC shock mount relocation brackets that I still need to add one day... (don't let my wife see this)... I've got 400 bucks in the springs shipped, 580 shipped in the shocks, 400ish in track bars, and less that 200 in the arms i have now... so, I'm at 1580 and the cheapest MC kit with the same stuff is 1565.00 without shipping and MC shocks vs Falcon ( don't know which would be "better") and I have the steering stabilizer relocation kit and FAD skid (another 200) which isn't included in the cheaper MC kit... so 1780 to duplicate what I have minus having to buy another track bar that cleared my front diff cover... ( Rusty's bar didn't)... plus 20 bucks for the .5 spacers...

Lets call what I have an even 1600 without the stuff that doesn't come in the MC kit, that seems fair enough...

Those camo door covers, i assume, are for dogs? Do you like them and where did you get them. I have a husky that likes to stand on the armrest and gets it muddy.
I have a 2dr and those camo covers are covering the sides under the windows.

Technically not "to" my Jeep, but I set up my Echo Dot to control it via voice commands. It's not all that useful for me, just did it because I could. Hi, my name is Rob, and I'm a gadget-holic. :)

Not a damn thing! But, in the morning we’ll be on our way to Billing Mt to pick it up. It’s been in the shop for over a month getting the hood replaced, and the two passenger side door reskinned after hail damage from last July. I sure will be happy to get it back.

Absolutely, so right now I only have the front bumper installed, may have the rear installed this week if I get my license plate relocation in. The bumper sticks out about 8” from the grill and the bull bar sticks out about a foot. I’ll try and remember to get some pictures and measurements when I get the rear installed. So far I really like the bumper, feels solid. I am still deciding on a winch, so looks a little out of place being open, but not bad.

Day 6:
1) Removed stainless antenna and installed rubber ducky antenna. I don’t listened to radio so I don’t really care if it work, but it looks better. And after having a car wash turn my truck antenna into a pretzel last year I decided to tomthe short very.
2) the. Omar all-weather floor mats arrived so I put them in. Nice and should really help with mud, and crap getting carried in on my shoes

Day 9:
Oh boy! The Rockslide Engineering power slider/steps arrived yesterday. I spent pretty much the entire day getting them along with the LED steps lights installed. I think I’m gonna like the , and I’m sure my seats will last longer now the I don’t drag my but across the outer, ost edge getting in and out.

Notice both Roam and Rockslide prominently put their logo out there. A lot of people complain about that, just like leaving the dealer name on the vehicle and giving them advertising.
