Im a bit confused, i thought the aux switches were already set up and ready to go. The wires are by the battery. What or why do you have to go into the dealer? Do you really have to have the switches activiated in order for them to work?
As long as it’s factory installed, the switches work and are "programmed" through any of the Uconnect enabled radios as mentioned previously (I.e., how the switch works, is powered and whether or not it resumes after start up).

There are two hi amp and two low amp wire sets next to the battery and a duplicate set under the glovebox. The two thicker gauge wires are the higher amp wires. You only need to connect one of the thick or thin wires (depending on amperage) to the positive lead on your accessory and the other to negative lead on the accessory to the body ground (two ground binding posts are located next to the aux wires).

After connecting everything to the leads that correspond to the desired amp switch (1 and 2 are high amp and 3 and 4 are low amp), engage the switch and the accessory works.

This is a fun thread I’ve seen on a few other forums. Can be anything from mods to drives, to washes, etc. pictures are always a plus!

So what did you do to your Jeep today?
Installed an EAG stubby bumper with integrated HiLift jack holder, winch, 14800LM aux lights, factory fogs with LED bulbs and the Mopar running boards.

Still saving up for my 3.5"-4" lift, beadlocks, and 37" Nittos.

BTW, the bumper I got for free from the valet company that dented my factory plastic sport bumper. They told me to order what I wanted. Nice.

Looks good, think the stickers will hold up?
Link to buy?
@He_Hate_Me_JL

If you want to go the sticker route like I did just pm @InvertedLogic and tell him you want the sticker like I have on my Bestop Floor liner's. He will do them for you.

Yes, I have the word Rubicon on my liners, but he can also do for the word Sahara.

Can tell you the vinyl he is using is holding up very well.. What a terrific addition to the liners..

Those camo door covers, i assume, are for dogs? Do you like them and where did you get them. I have a husky that likes to stand on the armrest and gets it muddy.

Ok got A couple of things added today.
I put my Roam Side steps on. The install took about 1hour and 30 mins it was not to bad. I have not hooked up the LED lights. That seems like it is going to be a bit of a pain but I will try to find out the best way to install.
Also mounted My fire extingerser and Led Flashlight on rear Roll bar.

Installed Brawlee tailgate light . . . instead of wiring to dome, I installed a lighted switch in the cut out below lighter and took power from lighter. Currently 10% off on Amazon

Also, they improved the light by adding a full strip of 3M tape as opposed to the 5 circular tabs previous poster indicated, much firmer grip to window trim

Awesome!!!
Thank you KTLucy...super appreciated.....it's a bit different than some of the decals we see available for our Jeeps and very personalized since I had it made from my concept and it also fits the theme of my guitar (inlaid MOP) that I built. :)

I have been wondering about this. So you only replaced the springs and shocks? I have an RC 2.5 coil spacer lift on mine from early last year and thinking of doing something like this instead of a full blown kit from MC but wasnt sure if it would work. Not sure if you measured but how much lift do you have now?

Yes, I had the RC spacer kit. I also have RC lower control arms, and JKS track bars and the Metalcloak steering stabilizer, and FAD skid. All I did was swap in the springs, .5" spacers and new shocks. I didn't measure but the Jeep is at least an inch and a half if not two inches taller than it was with the spacer kit. I'm hoping the springs settle some because my wife now has a hard time getting in and wants some kind or step (bleh)... I think I could clear 40's easily on this set up like it is...

The first pic is on spacers, the second on the new springs.

Could I get away with simply swapping out the springs and adding shocks with the RC components? Why did you do the spacer and not just roll with the MC 3.5 springs? Also what size shock did you go with?
