Well, I stopped at the dealer tonight, and they wanted me to schedule an appointment. I didn’t schedule, due to my schedule this week. I’m still waiting on an email back from Jeep. If I had caught the one service guy he would have pulled it back and looked at it, but he was off tonight.

Add me to the growing list of Rubicon owners with no Off-Road Pages. I was pulling my hair out thinking I was missing something until I found this thread.
OK, I talked to dealer today he's going to check about the Off Road pages to see what he can find out as well as the windshield straps! What's are they? He also advised that the Automatic Noise Cancelation, ANS is automatic. It's happening, there is no control /on or off. The sensors,/ microphones or whatever they are, are located far left and right of sound bar over driver and passengers side.

I’m having the same issue. This is the only place online that even mentions it.

This happened before with the Grand Cherokee. Eventually a TSB was issued to cover a software update, although some vehicles needed a more complex procedure before they would accept that an update was available:

The more people contact Customer Care, the faster it's likely to get resolved.

I just called Uconnect. Took 4 calls, they kept putting me on hold and dropping the call. The last guy I talked to, said the off road pages are currently not available at launch of the Wrangler. He said they were coming with an update, but there was not a scheduled date. I mentioned that some people had them, and others did not, but he didn't have an answer for that. I think I read somewhere that they started production in November of these, so I'm wondering if there is a build date pattern here.

ACTUALLY guys, my jeep the second it was dropped off I went and disabled the "Shipping Mode", the Off Road pages and Vehicle Information was there (This was on Monday), today Tuesday I picked it up and menus were missing, and no the dealer didn't touch the jeep (I stated do not touch), so after the radio was active and something happened were the icon removed. Noticed it tonight as I was parking it and setting up uconnect etc so yeah it was on from factory and removed shortly after shipping mode is disabled and the uconnect modem connects and does something.

That's what blew my mind, so it was delivered at 10am, I was there at 11:01am, they said heres the keys go look, well went out and first nothing was working and saw SHIPPING MODE, disabled that and played with the uconnect and yes they were there, but picked jeep up today, they were not and dealer did not touch it. So again its something FCA must have enabled from factory, once uconnect connects it then disables for whatever reason.

Im sure we will get an update soon
