So I have been calling around and getting the run around on this, but I finally got someone at Jeep to escalate this. It appears to me that the app isn't installed. They should be calling me back at some point and I will update this thread on how to get this resolved.
Thanks!

I test drove another Rubicon today, no Offroad apps, but the sales guy knew I was looking for it as soon as I started hunting. Said that 2 of the 3 Rubicons they got didn't have it but the 3rd one did. He said a uConnect update is likely the fix for it.

Do you have to initiate a Uconnect update yourself, or does will it happen automatically?

I don't know yet. I went through the menus and had it check for an update and it said I had the latest version.

I'm assuming the Nose Cancelation can be handled in an UConnect update as well?

I am not sure it is something you can turn on and off, it may just be active period. Unless someone has seen a UConnect App Icon for it somewhere.

Sorry if this has been covered before, but are the off-road pages included with the 7" and base 5" screen stereo? Also, if you get the Base 5" stereo with the optional Alpine upgrade, do you still get the Active Noise cancellation and acoustic glass?

If you have SiriusXM Guardian (1 year free with infotainment) they should be automatic. Your Jeep has an active cellular data plan in that case and can self update.

May be the same case if you subscribe to live map updates, but not sure. You also get a free subscription to that with infotainment package.

Otherwise your dealer needs to do it.

You can tell if you are running an old version with the software upgrade checker link.

Yeah, I checked this the other day and again just now, says I have the latest update. I think they just need to install the app somehow.

Add me to the growing list of Rubicon owners with no Off-Road Pages. I was pulling my hair out thinking I was missing something until I found this thread.

I'm stopping at the dealer tonight, I also sent an email to Jeep. I'll post what I find out, if anything.

Another Rubi owner with 8 inch display and no off-road pages/app. Not a huge issues but need addressing. Has anyone been able to access the off-road app?
