I haven't thought about what I'd do if it requires a new frame with possibly another long wait to drive it...

No not a whole new frame------A NEW WRANGLER is much better. Does this BS
include the 4 dr's ? If so they should have caught this BEFORE the 2 dr production
started. This is what happens when we by foreign products. Yes they do work
but` NOTHING compares to USA quality workmanship.

The recall report I just posted has the weld info. But who knows what this really means ??
As you see they list the 2019 Wrangler as having bad welds !!!! How can this be as they
are not out yet. Nothing they say makes sense. Let's enjoy our Wranglers and not worry
about this nonsense.

Jeep released news about 2019 , they will be exactly the same, they are offering a saftey package for 2019 which includes lane departure cross traffic, collision avoidance , and i guess bad track bar weld.

Grass is always greener...

Well in this case CT's grass really is greener. Maybe someday I can convince the kids to move back to Colorado, but for now I'll fly out and spend time as I can.

A month or so ago it was this...

Today it was this.... I opened the 2 drs. engine compartment hood and found this hanging out of the air filter canister opening. It was about 5-6 foot long so could not totally fit in the canister. This pic is of it after I got it out..

Good Mornin' all. Sunday I have my monthly shoot. Not quite IDPA but still defensive training. Today's plans are to head out in the desert near the UT/AZ border. There are a few geocaches I want to find plus the ruins of a fort and some actual dinosaur prints.

Caught the sunrise leaving the condo this morning taking Marga to her competition. She took silver yesterday in her doubles event. Today's events will affect her national ratings so she's hoping to at least beat a few higher rated players whether she takes a medal or not.

morning folks, looks like the travel bug is getting around. We got the itch too. Haven't been camping in 3 weeks! We will likely be out on a trail to nowhere this weekend if things play out right.
