G’morning unicorn Jeeples.

It’s been a rough few days. I live in a small town & work for a small company where we really are a work family. Our VP was in a motorcycle accident & passed away Saturday. It’s been a whirlwind of trying to deal with the loss, while trying to make sure as little as possible falls through the cracks when it comes to the myriad of things he did.

Of all the chaos that’s ensued, one thing has stuck with me since the moment I found out. You never know what can or will happen. Tell the people you love that you love them. Make sure people know what they mean to you. There’s no reason not to, and far too many examples of why you should.

Very sorry for your loss, Lydia.
It sounds like you have a tight community of friends and colleagues supporting each other in this difficult time.
And along the lines of telling people what they mean to you: you know that many Jeeples here care about you (and Vida). We send you big hugs and all our sympathy.

I know the feeling. All was going well with retirement planned for Jan 1 2019 until some very expensive dental work came into play. I might have to work till June now.
Urgh, sorry to hear that. The only silver lining I can think about is that it’s probably better to find out now when you’re in a position to extend your employment, then to get hit by a financial hardship a few months later after you’ve already retired. Good luck with the dental work. :whew:

Hello Clif! Glad you’re still around!
Yes still here. I check and read all that all of you post every day. I miss all we shared
when we were waiting. I DO NOT miss the stress of all it brought to us. Happy for us
to have our Wranglers. What a fantastic joy to own one !! Wishing all the best for us
as we made the right choice.

Not Jeep or 2 door related but sometimes you just need to laugh.
