If only more people realized they would be better off for it.Are you talking about the brown connector? if so yes as @yokramer already said push the two connectors toward each other, push the lever down outlined in black, then pull the connectors apart making sure not to pull on the wires themselves. Today I’m just repeating everything yokramer says so I seem smart

The other responders are correct. I have a tool that is meant to help push the tab down which makes it easier.
