Please no judgement:)
I just traded in my 2022 jeep wrangler for a 2026. I do not like being connected to technology as much as I can help it, and yes maybe a little paranoid of data collection. This jeep has a windshield antenna and I hear it’s possible to disconnect the coaxial cable. Has anyone tried this? Does it affect anything else? I don’t really use the radio and I do not use U connect and don’t have remote start. I want stay as disconnected as possible and wonder if I should look into this more. I attached a few screen shots of other comments I found. Thanks in advance!
Ps. I miss my roll up windows I had in my 1st jeep many moons ago! 😝

Then a dummy load with Fakra connector. That should trick Uconnect into thinking the antenna is still plugged in.
I love the idea but man these things with even minor corrosion at the fittings cause antenna open circuits like crazy. Super common issue on uconnect 5 vehicles

If you don't use them, just leave 'em turned off. You never know when you might need them for important safety information...hurricane, earthquake, severe traffic problem, zombie attack. Don't totally knock technology, it has some viable uses!

Nothing a tiny bit of dielectric grease won't prevent.
