For the drivers side yes. Passenger side sucked and whoever used red loctite is a horrible human being. It will take longer than changing a tire.
Red locktite? OK, add a heat gun or propane torch to the list of tools.

For us it was breaker bar and time. Driver side took maybe half hour. Passenger side was over an hour. Aside from the loctite they are a bit finicky in that you need to apply a good deal of downforce to remove.

Found a pic of the guy who put those bolts on

Well, considering the fact that they attach the body to the frame, it's probably a pretty good idea that they are attached *really well*.

On a side note... Are these the only 4 bolts that attach the body to the frame or are there some more? Of course, I don't have my JL yet, so it's not like I can crawl under mine and check it out.

Don't know about photon torpedo banks, but definitely phasers and deflectors... Phasers on maximum leave no evidence... Deflectors would be good for driving through the leftist protesters that think they can block streets. And if the deflectors would deflect bird shit from coming in the roof of the vehicle, I might even try taking my roof off once in awhile. :)
I cant wait to seethe Quadratec install video and test drive :P

Makes you think that just maybe those torque specifications might actually be something that you should take into consideration for a change. Instead of the old style measuring technique:

Q: How tight should I attach this?
A: About 2 grunts worth should do it...

OK Folks, so after waiting since Feb 5th, (Order date), I am flying out to get my ride on Friday.
Post pic is unit ordered.
What a wait it's been, but will be worth it.

I'll post up some pics when I get her home,......

Another 2 dr checked off the list, unless, of course, something comes up between now and then,...(que up 50's scary drama music,...dah dah daaaaaah)

And, here's the new ride at Red Rock Canyon, just outside of Vegas where the dealer is.
Did a quick washboard jam session in 4H, tracked well, can't wait for first full expedition.

Big Shout out to Sales guy James, Antonio who put the deal together, and John and Kevin in service who checked the front end for me at Jim Marsh, they go way beyond the norm.
Will be doing a full write up soon.

So far, all is good, drove it home - 4.5 hours in high winds.
These little jeeps get blown around quite a bit, but it handled really nice.
I can tell lots of fun is on the horizon

Yes

it does and thank you Warpath for the heads up. I love it and the red color totally matches the red Rubi dash
Oh, I can take no credit as I got it from someone else. It does look awesome with our red interiors!!

I had tried gorilla glue on the little rubber spacers. Today, I pulled the little rubber spacers off and used 3M double-sided tape to attach the little trim pieces to the top. So far, they seem VERY firm and should not rattle.
I just popped mine off while the roof was off. I will get some glue and reattach them next time it is off.

I wouldn't use a torch cause the mounts are rubber as far as I can tell

Ace said 80ftlbs but I went to 90ftlbs due to my adapter and extension

Sorry for your wrong deliveries. I am a (soon to be retired) mail carrier in a rural area and make an occasional but rare mis-delivery. I always rip the junk in half and recycle it as you do. Unfortunately the USPS makes a lot of $ with the junk mail which gives me a pay check. However sometimes I put a stamp on it, cross off the bar code and send it back with a message stating not to send any more crap to my address, as if they care. I have all grass in my front lawn and a stone walkway to my back door yet Fed Ex leaves stuff at my front door too for what reason I don't know. UPS puts things in the garage like most thinking people would do.One time I nearly threw out a check, so the key thing is check who it is from.
I'm too am a soon to be retired mail carrier in a rural area. Only 13 more days of work for me!! Woo hoo!!! Loving my Jeep. Had the top and doors off all weekend during the Hall of Fame balloon fest. What all view!
