I have the Rugged Ridge ones, and they have been great, no issues.
I did see that video. It's about the rugged ridge. Those are out of stock everywhere and some mixed thoughts on them from what I have seen online. Anyone have feelings on the rugged ridge?

Sure thing! .I wanted to keep mine as intact as possible. So I kept the Fender and liner all one piece and only trimmed away at the front, and then I tucked in the extra behind the Fender chop bracket. Let me know if there's other angles you want to see.

Awesome, that is exactly what I'm going to do. Thanks for the pictures.

So only a little bit was trimmed from the liners? Do they move from the wind or offroading?

No movement at all. I did use 1 zip tie at one of the folds up front. (3rd picture down) Other than that all the stock clips hold it in place.

Here’s another video from “he who shall not be named”

Why is he referred to as "he who shall not be named"? He has a lot of great instructional videos.

I don’t know first hand. Allegedly some conflict with forum admin here and so he started his own forum I guess. He does have great vidoes. I’m just being a smart ass as usual. I don’t think you can type whey of life correctly….it comes up as [Banned Site].

Kinda defeats the point of the fender chop to begin with if you leave all the stuff inside that takes away clearance no?

True, I did it for the look of the chop with plans to do a full delete when I find liners I like enough to buy. Still waiting after a few years of running it...

I really like the Motobilt ones I ended up with. Install was easy and the only issues I had were the fact that I had one of the first set of high clearances off the line and one set of nutzerts was installed backwards and they shipped 2 new pieces next day when I reached out to them.

I went with the AAL lights and Barricade inner fender replacements. I live in the Northeast and the salt is brutal on the steel brackets. I'm on my 2nd pair and they rust in the first winter. Going to remove here soon and treat them with some Rustoleum enamel coating to see if that helps protect them. I wish they used aluminum for the brackets.

After owning for 3 months I noticed an imperfection developing on one of my lights so I decided to go another route. Went with Metalcloak because they have excellent reviews across the board. I should be good now.

How do the lights work? Is the side light a turn signal or just a marker?

I like those.

The side light is only a marker and does not blink. Fronts are amber when blinking and white when on. The lights when Illuminated are very crisp and clear. Seem to be of top quality.
