That wasn’t my experience with Quake support, how can I get taken care of? I contacted support when my LEDs started showing issues, but was denied a replacement because I was outside the warrant window. I purchased the chop kit 2/20/2022 and contacted support on 3/6/2023. Yes 2 weeks past the 1 year warranty and I was denied. Now they have gotten worse and it looks like I’m about to have to buy new hardware.

How can I get a replacement?
Hmm.. this doesn't sound like the traditional experience when working with our customer service department.

Can you please PM me your details so I can look you up in our system to see if there are any notes and to try to get your issues addressed?

Update… I spoke to a Quake rep yesterday and they are sending a replacement. I’ll update again once received and try removing my negative comment since it does appear they are standing behind their product.

I have had issues with my quake fender chop lights flickering. Have had for barely a year. Have sent emails & left multiple voicemails, with no response. Very frustrating given the amount of money spent.

Weird. I called and got a customer service rep on the phone and after sending a pic of the faulty part, a new part was on the way with no need to return the other one.

Have pics or a short video ready to send, then call 720-305-8979 x 101 and ask for Lindsay in customer service.

Thanks, will give that a try!

Have you gotten everything figured out? If not send me a DM and I can look into it for you.

It is worth mentioning for those that see this, that we are located in Colorado and open our doors at 9am MST, so if you are calling from the east coast we technically aren't in until 11am, but make sure to leave a voicemail and we will reach out within 1-2 business days.

You can also message us through the website, which is reviewed daily, or reach out through our various social media channels to get a hold of our team.
