Anthony is probably better to answer this, but my understanding is that the dealer sells at invoice and there is basically a 1% (minus $75) discount/rebate from the affiliate program.
The Big Discount dealers (Mark, Gupton, etc) are already well below invoice. In their case, TL will get you an additional 1% off whatever price they’re offering.

This is another fun one.

For a dealer to submit for affiliate pricing, they must be selling at a MAXIMUM price of 1% below FWP, add back $75. Easier, would be to say, on the POC it shows FFP - that'syour MAX affiliate price.

If a dealer is already discounting below the FFP price listed on POC, then they may continue to discount further to their own discretion.

Dealers do not ALL have to participate with affiliate pricing at all.

Affiliate has no (so far that I've seen) conflict with other rebates/incentives other than the fact that you can't be affiliate and EP. Maybe some exception when they do the big "standalone" rebates. Also, just because a POC shows FFP price, doesn't mean that vehicle is actuallly eligible lol. For example the TRX had it listed, but you couldn't actually submit for it.

Say again?

You are buying on the lot, not ordering.
When did you sign up for tread lightly?

It's rare to find a dealership that honors Tread Lightly for off the lot purchases.
