Kick panel removal

So how do I remove the kick panel so I can install a Tazer mini? Seems like it will break when I pull on it.

I just pulled both of mine, this is what the inside looks like. So you know where the clips are. You have to pull one bolt below the door connector. Work from toward the rear to the front. All clips detach toward center and not up. You’ll have to rotate it from the bottom out.

I didn’t see how old this post was at first and you don’t need it for a tazer. But it’s a good pic I think.

I didn’t see how old this post was at first and you don’t need it for a tazer. But it’s a good pic I think.
It's easier to pull the panel. I was just in there yesterday for an upgrade from "lite" and to secure the Tazer unit.

They sell a cable that you can connect it to which makes it easier to in/uninstall. Might be easier or not. Never tried just removing the kick panel.
