Do you think the Razr's were only good for about half the tread because of the Chamfered lugs?
When they were new they grabbed onto everything. As they wore down the tread rounded off a lot and they just wouldn't grab anymore. On rocks like Moab they would hook up fine but anything wet or muddy at all and they just wouldn't bite once the lugs rounded off.

Yokohama Geolandar MT G003 is my fav so far.

- Balance out better than any other mud tire I've had
- Pretty quiet on the highway
- Siping makes rain and snow easy to handle
- They don't throw stones when I'm on gravel roads
- Relatively lightweight
- 3 ply sidewalls
- Pricing is fantastic

I was actually checking out Geolander, and Toyo. They both have good tread design. Not throwing stones is a huge plus for me. I ran a set of BFG KO2's, I fantastic tire all the way around except when I came off the trail stones flew out like bullets on the road at 55 mph. I'm pretty sure a guy flipped me off in different languages.

Ever compare it to a Cooper STT Pro? Between these two, they seem to be the quieter and most livable MT tires on road.

Hands down........these have been my best mud tires, with the exemption of the bogger.
Forward bite on the boggers are crazy.....but they side slip too much and they are fricken noisey.

Yes I ran the STT Pro in 35x12.50 on my JT with the Max Tow package. I know the family who bought that truck and it's been about 3 years and those tires are still at 45% tread life remaining. They were the second loudest tires I've ever owned (BFG KM2 was the loudest and worst tire I've ever had). The STTs do a remarkable job as far as traction, wear, etc. Great tires. They're just loud.

So the MT G003s are much quieter?

It’s decided then… Creepy Crawlers (and Boggers) for the win!

I’m serious about the Creepy Crawler’s. ?

I do really like the KM3’s though. Seems to have great traction off road. On road manners are great as well. I thought they’d hum like crazy, but they are surprisingly quiet.
Do you daily the KM3s? How are they in wet/rain? How about in snow? (I see you're in MN also).

I keep the Jeep garaged in the winter, but I drove once on about 2” of snow on a paved road and they are seriously slippery in snow. However, I am used to Blizzaks which we use on our winter vehicle.

In the summer I daily drive them. Great road manners in my opinion. Never noticed any slipping on wet pavement. Surprisingly quiet on dry pavement. And great on the trail.

Overall I’d consider purchasing them again.
