Nothing, buddy! Not a single additional thing is required when the top and doors are off. Just enjoy the loud roar of freedom as it blows through your (I mean my) thinning/graying hair. If you're bald though, I would suggest maybe sunscreen or a hat that is tight enough where it won't just fly off.
I always end up flipping my hat backwards so the brim doesn't catch wind! ?

This is probably the best thread to ask this question in..
What is your most efficient way for putting the windows back in?
Tons and tons of Youtube videos on opening the soft top, but almost none on putting it all back together.

Are you referring to "hacks" or shortcuts that might be unknown? Putting the side windows back in first followed by the rear window is the preferred method as far as I know.

Side/quarter windows: after sliding them forward into the top channel I roll in the front keeper tab and pull backwards on the window before I push them inwards to latch at the rear.

Rear window: Attach the lower bar to the bottom of the window before sliding the top into the upper channel. I take the bar off when stowing the windows in the padded bag as I like to tie the soft top frame to it with a bungee cord. It's a little unnerving when it moves up and down slightly at higher speeds but probably unwarranted.

Install reverse of removal? Some people will say to not latch the soft top cause it helps keep things loose in the back but I dont really find it necessary. I just put in both sides and then slide in the rear from the drivers side and catch the flap in on the way by and snap the passenger in after is really the only I guess you could say trick I do. I think I had both doors on and all windows in from the safari mode in ~10mins the other day. I also do leave the nuts off the hinges so that helps a little with time.

Edit to add that I also never remove the lower bar from the rear window never found it necessary. But I also have added some PPF to the area under the window on both sides on the tub in the rear.

Ooo I should try putting the bar on first for the back window. Could help rigidity sliding the windows back into the top

How do you put the rear window bar in the stowage bag? The bar is too wide, is it not?

It's a bit of a pain trying to slide the rear window into 2 channels at once. Easier to do one at a time, IMO. There is not much to push back resistance wise once you have it in the upper channel so I usually put the bar on the lower part of the window on top of the bag either on the ground or a folding table.

I didn't get the bag so that may help a little. I have the rear seat out of my 2 door and if Im leaving them inside they lay on the floor, otherwise I have space for them in the bedroom on top of said seat I removed lol.

Hey there! So this is my first JEEP and it’s finally summer and I’m trying to put my grab handles on and I understand how to do it but it doesn’t seem right because they seem super short. I got the Mopar ones with the jeep so they’re like from factory.. see picture why Are they so small? I originally screwed them on there and then took it off, but I just placed them up there just to show you how short it is.

In safari mode with tonneau and Tuffy security deck underneath....all year long. I keep the top up to protect my balding melon, but this obviously works with the top removed as well.

Nice thing, is you can also attach a wide variety of magnetic lights to the inside of the security deck and light up the storage area way better than the stock light.

Copy. The bar is wider than the bag after you put the side windows in and it curls around the hard vertical portions. As careful as I have been with them there are still some small scratches. Probably just how it is.
