I recently updated my AEV 2.5" springs to the stiffer 3" HD version to deal with the extra weight that I've added to it beyond a stock JL370 (aluminum skids, sliders, roof rack, 270 awning, etc.). Those springs bumped up the height be about an inch.
I'd been putting off installing our Goose Gear drawers until the suspension could deal with their weight. It was finally nice enough out to get that done. Most of the time was spent mounting the Dometic fridge on it.
And yes, the height of the 3" springs is fairy obvious. And living on a dirt road means that your Jeep will always look as intended. It looked like that after driving home from the car wash.

Very nice! Waiting for a day to install mine. Did you use the connectors that came with them?Had some good weather today in So NH so I installed a set of Oracle LED reverse lights for JL Wrangler.
Part # 5874-504
I wired them to the 7 pin trailer plug. Tapped into the center White wire with orange tracer and grounded to frame. Rear bumper was removed to make it easier!! . Install took 1 1/2 hours

Today we washed the hydro so it could take pictures with the new Jeep. On the 392 I swapped out the Baja Squadron Pros lens to amber, moved the gmrs ghost antenna, and put sill guards on. Hopefully going to get a teraflex alpha mount ordered tonight to get the spare on.

no, cut them off and I soldered directly to the center wire( white/orange) of the trailer connector then shrink wrapped and taped its all very close to the exhaust.
and best to remove bumper, it made install that much eaisier

Did the dreaded Battery replacement with Aux Battery. Did the Aux battery from underneath and without pulling the flare off:
I also found when swapping the posts you can use a 4mm socket and don’t necessarily need the reverse torx socket:
I can say getting thenegative connection on the post became a PITA and had to take the post out and get the neg bracket in place over AUX neg post block and then screw in post. I also found after my arms were getting tired being on my back that at 5’-5” I was able to actually sit upright in the whole location and work on getting the new Aux battery connected up and the base bracket basket back in place.
Then I was able to get the H9 Hologen bulb replaced with an LED bulb in the IPFs:

Replaced stock halogen headlights today with Diode Dynamics Elite Max LED Headlights. So much brighter!

LOL…muscles tired for sure now!!! Needed the breaker bar for the bolt at the axle and pushing the damper back into tube was like resistance hell ?I have to say, I've never thought of Jeep mods as a cure for insomnia...

Yesterday I added the S&B intake and today I swapped out the muffler delete for the AFE Mach force-XP hi-tuck axle back exhaust on my 2.0T JLURXR.
The intake removes the bad sucking sound when hammering on the throttle and allows the turbo to work more and the transmission to work less.
The exhaust seems to have done similar by giving me a bit more low RPM power and allowing the transmission to downshift even less. Plus the exhaust is much quieter now having a muffler but makes a deep throaty sound now.
I recommend both of these for the 2.0T.
