Does anyone know of better channels to obtain information on how builds are prioritized, if the delays are from a backlog or something else and if there’s any tentative scheduling for any future builds?

best source is to bug your dealer for an updated POC regularly.

If the build date changes, it usually shows up on the POC

There was a post somewhere here that FCA is prioritizing builds by vehicle configuration. Not order date due to supply issues.

Do you guys think a Sport with standard soft top will be subject to a longer delay than a Sport S with the premium soft top? I haven't seen anyone receive a standard soft top 2 door yet.

FCA prioritizes builds in reverse order based on how urgently you actually need the vehicle

I haven't seen anyone receive a standard soft top 2 door yet.

Not only that, but I don't recall anyone on this thread who has ordered the reg soft top even making it out of D yet.

if you have it before august that's going to be pretty good actually. can't really hope for much better than that, or at least expect it.

unless their backlog or method improves, you will spend some time in JB AFTER it gets built 6/18 - 6/20

It should be at the dealer tomorrow.

Hey Tod! Can you give some details (build info, order date, KZ date, ship date, etc.) I'm in the Bay Area and waiting and would like to get an idea of the actual shipping time.

I saw a JL 2 door in San Diego last week w/ California plates, it was the first 2 door I've seen.
