Well over in the 2.0L section apparently people have been told there was a wiring harness issue and they will have to be rebuilt. Soooo..just more misery all around.

And if you ordered a 2 door 2.0L with a PST.... my heart goes out to you.

Based on information I've gathered, learned from this forum I tried not to torture myself with updates from jeep or my dealer for order placed. 1-13-2018. Just enjoyed reading the posts and made my own predictions on delivery based on what's going on here. Then my dealer informs me delivery scheduled for 5-30. Unsolicited email from jeep a couple of weeks back said build date 5-28. Another said I was in I. Decided to inquire since my brides birthday is 6-5 and was told we're still in "d". You can't make this stuff up. Thanks to all of you for making this journey bearable if not enjoyable.

Read it I'll bet it is not a PST. Hardtops are shown with that photo.

True; the pic on the Jeep site & my dealer site of mine in transit was a soft top, which she doesn’t have.

Thank you. Now I have to come up with another scenario to make 50 special though and this Jeep has me tapped out.
Maybe get her a matchbox jeep till hers comes in. Had storage all set up Etc. Oh well. Like I said, this forum has been informative and fun and looking forward to the reunion wherever it's held

I would check to see if a dealer can HAVE a non refundable deposit in your state. I've heard they use that language when they legally can't.

If they double down, I personally would mention fraud since they said it was something FCA demanded. And let FCA know about it. I bet that would light a fire...

all deposits are indeed refundable.

I have a recent POC showing D1 with a ship date of June 2 at 1:00 AM so in 2 days.
We'll see.

Still waiting, ordered January 22nd, supposedly it shipped out a week or two ago. Off for a long weekend and some R&R time, maybe it will show up by the time I’m back from vacation

Just called the 877 number and got some details that have not been shared on the 866 number. They gave me the ship date (6/18), ship method (rail), ship destination (Kent, Wa). None of this information was provided by the folks on the 866 number.

On the downside they moved my ship date from the original 5/16 to 6/18 and once it arrives in Kent, Wa they don't have anything scheduled for the delivery to my dealer in Kirkland, Wa.

Well, plan on at least 30 days in JB for those headliners. I think I'm almost halfway through the wait time. But, Jeep can always throw another surprise my way. LOL
