I picked up my lightly driven (26k miles) Sahara which has a 3-piece Freedom Top however it did not come with the bag. I've looked online and there a lot of options and what seems to be a lot of BAD choices. This one seemed to make the most sense as it has inserts for the panels and its MOPAR. Any others I should consider?

That’s what came with my ‘23 2 door. Works well enough and fits behind the back seats..although visibility is limited with it there.

This is the one thing I dislike about the hard top. The Freedom panels take up way too much space and I probably won’t have the “BAG” with me when I really need it.

I am seriously considering the BESTOP SunRider top so I can open that top up anytime I need too but still have the security of the hard top.

Forget any bag, spend some cash and get the "Sunrider" by "Bestop" . did s so on my JLUS and have not removed it since!! In NE too, but garaged, my panels are tucked away in same garage! So very sorry neve did this on my two JK's!!

Even some Bestop open days in winter, so easy!! Not much different in temp during winter than hard panels...so easy!! A bit pricey but so very worth every penny!!!

MoPar bag OK works fine, still always in way!! Bag hangs now nicely in Garage lol

Go Jeep!!!

Mine's still sitting in its plastic bag on the rear seat, but was wondering, can you just strap the bag to the rear headrests and fold it down when empty so it's not always obstructing your view?

Not really sure where else to stash it that I won't later forget when I actually need it.

Or if you’re in a JLU just roll it up and slide it under the front area of the rear seat out of the way. It’s still square once rolled up but fits.

I have two of those factory bags. They work great but who ever designs the bags tents are suppose to fit back in designed them I think.

The panels fit but it would be MUCH easier if they were 1/2" longer. Lots of stress on the zipper everytime you close it unless you really work at it.

My Hella was a hardtop only. My Hydro I ordered the Dual Top Group (best money I EVER spent on the Jeep).

If I didn't have the softop I would really want the Sunrider. I say want cuz IMO it is priced 40% too high, NO WAY I'd pay 800 smackers for it. 500 all day long, 800, move along son.

Note: It's on sale for $699 right now.

It can be a pain to get the tops in. My salesperson didn't have a clue and we both fuddled with it when I picked it up. The "picture" instructions inside aren't very good either, until you do it a couple of times, then they make sense and it becomes easier. They really only fit one way, meaning drivers side must go in one way and then passenger side. Once they're properly seated in the bag, at least in mine, the bag closes right up without any real stress on the zippers.

That's great, on both of mine, it's that first corner mainly. If I fiddle with the tops and get them just right it's better, but an extra half inch would be welcome.
(And before anyone chimes in, yes I know, that's what she said) ?

I have the same bag. The first couple uses were like a wrestling match. After the couple tries it is a no brainer. The design works. Drivers side comes out first automatically and is first to go in bag. Throw the divider over and add passenger side. Zip with ease and attach to the back of back seat. All said and done in a couple minutes max.
