Why not try Koons in PA? We just ordered a Rub XR below invoice there no prob. Not in FL but hey.

I talked to them out of curiosity. He said it is actually a Black Widow package. Lifted, LEDs, different interior and leather, all kinds of stuff done to it. The photo didn't show it is what happened.

A $1195 - $2000 freight charge? For what? Jeep already charges you $1595 to ship the Jeep from the factory to the dealership. This is a load of crap. I would never do business with a company that does this...

On the MSRP, there is a "Destination Charge" of $1595 and now they are going to add on more...WTF is going on

What I don't get is the dealer said there is a VIN for it. Jeep confirmed the VIN number too. Must already have that set aside until it gets scheduled. I thought when u got a VIN, they emailed and it went to scheduled. Jeep told me the computers have probably not updated yet. That was near a week ago. I know its gonna be a long wait, and thats fine. I am just trying to figure out how they do things a bit

No. I got my VIN the first business day after I ordered. I didn't transition to D1 status (scheduled) until four and a half months later.

There’s a lot of people on this forum that try to find a pattern or sequence to determine build schedule. There’s a lot of talk of certain builds taking forever due to one specific feature such as the floormats etc. At this point I don’t even know if FCA knows the scheduling/build timeline pattern.

I am not sure how fast my VIN happened. I asked my dealer and Jeep on-line after about 3 weeks in and it was confirmed. Oh well, just a waiting game. Lots of time to do important stuff like pull weeds

Thats all we can do. It hasn’t even been a month since I ordered from Koons. I’ll check in with Craig in a couple weeks, and if he doesnt have an update for me I’ll wait another month and check again. The anticipation is half the fun.
