Spoke to jeep earlier and they said you can't be in js for more then 14 days or they would escalate. So supervisor is supposed to get to me tomorrow...will let you know but can't imagine the truth...TRUTH...what's that?
LOL! I might be in the same boat as you (without a vehicle) if my 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk sells before it gets here. I just put it up for sale. I guess I could rent a car if it does.
I called tonite but the rep i spoke with dind't seem sure of themselves so i dind't want to press today for an escalation. I will call back tomorrow.
I have been putting off renting one so I'm not wasting money lol. FCA doesn't or maybe does realize they are costing us money. I would have rathered them making sure the production line was ready to go and EPA was finalized before allowing us to order and go thru this roller coaster of such uncertainty.

Just vehicles in general - they did not say specific to trim, engine, etc. This is why it seems fishy to me. Really? We're ALL stuck in JL because there aren't enough vehicles built to fill trucks? I don't buy that.
This is my first Wrangler and my first order. Not a good experience, that's for sure. I would certainly hesitate to ever order another vehicle from FCA. I agree, that they should have got all their ducks in a row FIRST, before ever allowing anyone to order one of these. Then, you gotta love how they have customer service people available 24/7, who tell you absolutely nothing. Their "customer service" and information sharing is abysmal.
