It will be but it's going to have to stay stock for a bit. That said, wheeling it stock has been pretty fantastic!
Looking at 2.5-3" lift and 37's. I like a low key build that still gets me where I want to go.

I don't have many because hubby lost his phone on the trip (he shoots, I drive). We drove to Utah to be part of the Arch Canyon Jeep Jamboree crew, wheeled for the week and led trails for the Jamboree, and drove back home to Ohio. It was the first real opportunity to get to know it and learn to wheel it (so, so different from our '15 JLUR!).
Getting used to the 8 speed and learning to use the crawl control was fun. I definitely want some extra clearance, but I'm thrilled with the torque and responsiveness.

We did have one other 4xe on the Jamboree-had fun teaching them some tricks! I think it was helpful for folks to see a stock Jeep leading the trail, too.

Build 1 (Little Blue Jeep) is getting sent to the beach cabin in about 2 years, so trying to avoid going crazy. She is currently stock Sahara with only disconnects added so far. 33s (392 takeoffs), are sitting in the garage waiting for Father's day to get mounted. Then on the to-do list in no particular order, although thinking maybe armor before lockers because well armor before i try to do stupider stuff with less clearance than some other folks in the group.

- front / rear lockers
- air
- LoD Armor Lites
- MP Concepts alumnium bumpers
- winch
- under armor, maybe asfir - thinking as much aluminum as possible since will be garaged near the ocean

It's having fun off road, and have limited damage to RR Fender being scraped up twice in narrow chutes. That probably says something about my driving. Need to be more aware of my rear passenger tire.

Once Little Blue goes to the beach, I'll start over with a Rubicon 4xe and that might get more interesting.

Also, thoughts on the beadlocks on a DD appreciated. I could get the rings for the 392s to run them as bead locks, but wondering if it's just extra maintenance without benefit for trails rated say 6-7.

Is your Tom Woods driveshaft front, rear and what size? 1310 or 1350?

Already running low clearance, I don’t know how much value dropping to under 10 psi would be that would offset sacrificing ground clearance.

That was kind of my thought. I'm not sure the extra traction would be beneficial if i lose another .5
"-1" of ground clearance on the trails in the mountains. I mean maybe at the beach but not sure how often I'd be out on the sand.

There's many threads on this, but this most recent one I think applies to what you're asking.

That "Living With" thread that links off the XR thread is exactly my concern, that'll it'll be a whole lot fo headache and I'm not sure much benefit real world.

I run 8psi when aired down. My rig is a dedicated weekend warrior. I just keep a torque wrench on board and check the bolts after every trip
