You are saying JScan can disconnect sway bar in 2wd?
I already have JScan and pretty much the only reason I'd buy a Tazer is for sway bar.
Yes the JSCAN can. Once your in the app, select the icon that says Trail View, It will show you a diagram of the drivetrain and you can select to unlock/lock your swaybar, Front & Rear Locker if you have them. If you tap the bottom where it says "Tap for More" you can choose to kill your ABS/Traction Control and ESP along with turning your cooling fans on/off. These are similar to the features in the Tazer.

Just installed Tazer last wk for OEM LEDs upgrades, used it for sway bar yesterday but it kept trying to reconnect at 18mph. Able to disco it in 2wd but I thought I could go up to 30mph

I remapped one of my Cruise buttons for the sway kill and it will stay disconnected until I reconnect. That is the only way I can keep it from re-connecting.

I have the Tazer and my JL 392 will also reconnect at 18 MPH, I did not remap any buttons or go to Swaykill- but it would be nice if the reconnect speed was increased. Am I missing something?

When I use the swaykill via the remap option the sway bar will stay disconnected until I reconnect or shut the Jeep off. I have driven to work at about 60mph with the sway bar disconnected. It also did really well in the sand dunes with it disconnected.

I'll try to remap a button next time. Didn't know u could go even faster than 25mph but glad. I had the apex autolynx on my Willy's JL and loved it. Twist knob n go.

Thanks for this information! Can you please clarify do you mean JScan enables using the off-road page in the dash screen, or do you mean it’s necessary to use your phone to control the sway bar?

My goal is to be able to replicate the sway kill function in the Tazer and be able to drive >18 mph without the annoyance of the sway bar continually locking and unlocking as I speed up and slow down on the trail.

Does the JScan sway bar control function stay unlocked until the driver intentionally locks it again?

Thanks again.

I did the remap and it worked in 2wd. I was trying it while in 4wd.

Seems the kill should be for both or at least 4wd for sure. Swaybar reconnecting/disconnecting back n forth while offroad is annoying. Hope they make it for 4wd.

It should work in 4hi as well. I use it for both with no issues. You could always unmarry, re install the firmware which I believe is up to 11.3.7 or 11.3.8 as zautomotive has added a few items applicable to the JL. and then remarry it.

Correct but when you hook up the Tazer to a computer and open the software update program the newest version is 11.3.7 or 11.3.8

I have the same question wondering if you can fully replicate sway kill through JScan

From when I used the Jscan app, it does not give you the ability to kill the sway like you can using the Tazer. However before the kill option was available you could select disconnect sway and then go into the settings and select the removal of the sway bar to trick the Jeep into thinking the sway bar wasn’t even an option. I knew a few that have done that but it’s very time consuming and it would also have to be reversed when reconnecting it. The swaybar kill is only an option with the Tazer through the remapping of te steering controls.

I am still not sure I understand how JScan will work in terms of disconnecting the sway bar. Once it is disconnected using JScan, will it stay disconnected or will it reconnect at 18 mph or 30 mph, does anyone know? Also, will the sway bar reconnect if I push the button or if I turn the ignition off and then turn it on again?
