  1. Anything new for 2024 392?

Anything new for 2024? Nothing really sticks out on Jeep's website. It seems there are very few options and it does come stock with 35's. I'm considering placing an order because I really think this will be the last year for the 392. I love my 2021 392, its been a great vehicle but it may be...
  2. Tazer Updates

Thanks, I knew there should be a way to see new features--- now I know.
  3. Tazer Updates

I am running 11.3.7 on my Taser. Anyone know what is new, since then? Everything is good now and unless there is a definitive reason I'm not sure I should update. Is there any way to see updated features? Boxs
  4. Swaybar in 2wd

The Z Automotive web site indicates the current firmware is 11.3.4?? boxs
  5. Swaybar in 2wd

I have the Tazer and my JL 392 will also reconnect at 18 MPH, I did not remap any buttons or go to Swaykill- but it would be nice if the reconnect speed was increased. Am I missing something? Boxs
  6. Florida 392 Owners - Let's See Your Warm Weather Beasts!

Hey Hear, did you install the 1941 stripe and black grill. It looks good!
  7. 392 Trip Report [2500+ Miles]. 18.2 MPG

Well to set the record straight, my milage around town is more like 12-13. Of course the little peddle on the right gets pushed more frequently also. My 2018 JL didn't do much better on a road trip.
  8. 392 Trip Report [2500+ Miles]. 18.2 MPG

Just returned from a 2500+ mile road trip in my 392. It included 65 MPH country roads, 80 MPH freeways, plenty of snow, rain, slush, and wind and some city driving. I'm impressed! This is my third Wrangler and by far the best driving. And by far the most fun, thanks to the 392. 18.2 MPG...
  9. Quick question on tires....

Overwatch, like I said in a previous post- Some 392's require a relocation bracket, some don't. There seems to be no rhyme or reason. How much room do you have between your stock spare and the bumper? That will give you an indication of whether or not a larger tire will fit. My stock spare...
  10. Quick question on tires....

The relocation bracket ($69.) from Rough Country was a simple bolt on, no mods necessary. Not familiar with ready lift. Boxs
  11. Quick question on tires....

Overwatch, You may need a relocation bracket- some do, some don't. My spare fit but it really scraped the bumper and made it hard to open and close the tailgate. I got one from Rough Country. I do have the Mopar reinforced tailgate. Good luck! Boxs
  12. Quick question on tires....

The BFG KO2's in 315/70/17 are exactly what I put on my stock rims and there are absolutely no clearance issues on my 392. All good. Boxs
  13. Recommended electric sliders for 392 Rubicon

Ha, waited 6 months for mine- but worth it. I called Amp and they confirmed, 20 weeks.
  14. Recommended electric sliders for 392 Rubicon

Thanks for the replies. This Jeep like my others will be going off road, so I will be re-thinking my preference for Amp. RSE looks like the better option. boxs
  15. Recommended electric sliders for 392 Rubicon

I had pretty well decided on the Amp Research product, but they are 20 weeks out! Anyone have experience with Rough Country, Rock Slide eng or others? Do go off road but nothing real serious. Getting too old and always been short... Boxs
  16. Exhaust heat shield & over heating interior rear cargo area

Just got home from an 1+ hour trip with my dog. I have a furniture pad down in the back and it doesn't seem any warmer than my 2018 JL. Maybe that's too short a ride but I really don't notice any difference with the 392 as far as heat. Boxs
  17. Lets see your 392 on 35's or 37's stock suspension or lifted...

That's why I said 37's would not fit MY Jeep. It seems there is no consistency, some have more room than others. Boxs
  18. Lets see your 392 on 35's or 37's stock suspension or lifted...

I have the MOPAR lift gate reinforcement. The 35" KO2 fit, but the tailgate barely would close because the tire hit the bumper. The KO2's are 34.4" per the BFG Webpage. There is no way anything bigger would fit on my Jeep. I have since installed a relocation bracket from Rough Country. All...
  19. Lets see your 392 on 35's or 37's stock suspension or lifted...

I pointed out my stock wheels to Discount Tire where I ordered my 35" KO2's and they said no problem. Their equipment then installed the tires without removing the rings. The 35's barely fit the spare tire carrier, so I can't imagine the 37's will. I was able to fit all 5 of my stock tires in...
