2004 Honda Accord coupe, V6 6-speed manual; ordered 2018 JL Sport 6MT with A/C and anti-spin. D status.
Just saw this bad boy when I went out. Jeeps like this are why I think 2 doors are so much better than 4.

Especially with half doors. Last year I was almost cool enough to order a 2 door JK with factory half doors.

I'll be picking some up for a JL, probably of the tube door variety.

Especially with half doors. Last year I was almost cool enough to order a 2 door JK with factory half doors.

I'll be picking some up for a JL, probably of the tube door variety.
I'm definitely getting the tubular doors on mine. They look badass

I found this posted today on another forum. Mite give it a try.
I tried it. i found it far more pleasant than jeep chat, for my first exposure to this service... Within a minute, he told me that my order should have already been taken to D1, doesn't know yet why it hasn't, and escalated to brand mentor without me asking for anything specifically. didn't quite promise to get me an ETA, but said he would work to do that, and call me back within a day with an update. Polite, pleasant, and seemed to express a dissatisfaction with the present state of delay i was experiencing without me emotionally elevating it..... i'll take it for now

Point proven. More employees without any explanation. Don't waste your time calling.

This new info site is GREAT. I called asked about my Rubicon status. She stated it
is ON the carrier to be at dealer today or tomorrow. Very pleasant to speak with
and GREAT on hold music :giggle: They are located in Canada.
Lol. At least they will be polite then

I read about this earlier and plan on shooting them an email. The fact that they set this up shows at some basic level they recognize people are antsy and want better communication. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

I got that same answer from jeep chat , when they say they will escalate your case. All it means is they come back and tell you, your jeep is delayed because you ordered the pst or the led lights or what ever. It doesn't get your jeep any closer to production.

just called that new number and they said as of yesterday I'm in D1!!! Dunno what to think b/c I have a PST... She said to call back in a few days for an update, pessimistically staying tuned.

I just called the number and things must really be rolling on the 2drs now because I went from D to KZ in one day! Of course I don't believe it. When I asked what. Kz meant, she said let me look that up. Sounded like she was reading off the screen, said my jeep was built and invoiced and sent to storage for shipping no eta on ship date yet. Rubi M/T PST .
