That does fall between VON Issued and Dealer Delivery, so in their minds, they probably believe they are right. My initial comment was dripping in sarcasm. I agree with you. Jeep Chat is a joke. I’m sitting with you in Alorton. Have been there since 4/16. Have seen a few move out since I started watching that location, but there are several people still there that arrived before me. Seems to be about a 2 week or so stay for most. Good luck!
I'm in the dark. I ordered after the cut off of the tracking sheet. So I just have my dealer and Jeep Chat to bounce off each other. So basically my dealer.

Damn. And I got depressed today when the dealer told me it got moved out another couple days from 5/2 to 5/8 For arrival in KC (+ 3 to 5 for trucking home). Only thing that makes me forget just a minute is that he has a guy who ordered a very specific Cherokee with a diesel a year ago. Yes 1year ago, and hasn’t cancelled the whole time they were waiting on the govt to clear the diesel issue up. He did mention to me that railcars were freeing up but I didn’t ask details about where that was coming from.I sent @JeepCares a message as well, lets see if they can help.. But its only 6 hours away and they are showing a ETA of May 28th

Almost time for the Alorton is the new Marion thread to be started by one of us! My original ETA upon arrival was by today. The new info dealer shows for arrival at the trucking hub for our area would have me there almost a month when it’s said and doneSigh ... I joined the Alorton Club yesterday!
After moving to KZ and the Vehicle Distribution Center on 4/14, on Saturday 4/21 I was "Gate Out" with an ETA of 5/16 - 5/20. Last night's Tracking List update shows me now sitting in Alorton with an ETA TBD.
There are currently nine of us in Alorton based on the current spreadsheet. Interestingly, four of the nine (including myself) are all ultimately going to Kim at Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Conway AR.
So ... @amps ... @Yellow109r ... @RubiBlue ... What do you say the four of us parachute into Alorton for a nighttime raid so we can free our jeeps?!?!
Did you mention anything about other FCA purchases? I got the same thing from Jeep cares. I also experienced a similar scenario with a Durango I bought last year. Basically the 4th FCA purchase in several years so I think it’s supposed to be something that makes you feel like as a ‘loyal customer’ they are taking you under their wing to nurture and guide you
. I don think it will make any difference in this case but it did get me a resolution to my issue last year.
