wellllll to get my fix i contacted Jeep Chat and they said i'm finally in KZ with an eta of 4/29-5-5 lets see how accurate they are once we get the tracker update

We ordered 2/19 and my eta is 4/30 to 5/4.... can’t wait!!

I was notified by my dealer yesterday my Jeep made it to Alorton IL, over the weekend. So I thought I would check with Jeep Chat tonight to see if anything has changed. (For shits and giggles) Jennifer, with Jeep Chat, is clearly stating it is at the factory (Toledo) awaiting shipment.
Why is it so hard to give truthful facts? So many lies and deception! So this is what Jeep classifies as customer service?! Give me a f*%#ing break!! Jeep customer service gets a -5 out of 5 from me.
