It wasn’t too hard to put together, I did it myself. You can split it in half for travel without having to unscrew anything. It would likely fit in the back of the Jeep with the seats down but I haven’t tried it.

I’m not at the house right now, but from what I recall, it was pretty far towards the front of the adapter. I want to say 2 or 3 holes from the front.

What did I do to my Jeep JL today???? Woke up and decided to end the misery. I'm giving up.
That being said, I have a TOP LIFT PRO for sale. Still in BOX! (Phoenix, AZ)
I guess this Ad is mostly for the people within driving distance of Phoenix, AZ
My story is like everyone else's. I ordered it over 4 months ago and it was built 3 months ago...continuing to rot in a field in Marion, OH.
Soooo, I figured I would give you guys first dibs before I send this back to the manufacturer. I paid $900 plus the $100 shipping fee. I would like to ask $900 for it and save you guys the shipping fee. Anything less than $900, I might as well just send it back. It's still in the box, and I have contacted Alien Technology to get the warranty transferred to whoever the new owner might be.
I am going to wait until next week (because my other vehicle doesn't come in until Friday), just in case, but lemme know if you are interested and I will contact you WHEN my Jeep DOESN'T show up.

Anyone know if you can plug a USB hub into the JLU usb ports and use that? I don't know why Jeep didn't include the additional rear USB ports for everyone, especially when I have a 7" UConnect and Alpine Sound. I was thinking if I just get a USB hub, then I can charge my daughter's tablet and my wife's phone with the USB port in the center console. We're gonna head out in a 15 hour road trip in a few months, so I'm trying to weigh all my options.
I'm also thinking I might just order the part for the rear USB, but I need to research what additional work would be needed to add it. I added USB ports in my JKU for charging and that was pretty straight forward.

Just got my wiring harness and am still waiting on the mounts (should be here Monday). I took a picture of where the included fuse and switch are and was wondering if I can just cut the fuse off and that would leave the end of the wire which I would then splice into the Aux switch of my choice? Then for the switch would I essentially have to cut all those wires and splice together the red and black wires to essentially remove the switch?

Finished installing the Barricade Trail Force HD full width bumper and Smittybilt x20 10k winch.
Had to file out the frame mounting holes because the bolts didn't quite line up. Make sure you mount the winch to the bumper before mounting the bumper. Don't ask how I learned that. I didn't want to do it that way because of the weight. The winch was a very tight fit against the grill but it did fit. Had a heck of a time running the wires from the winch to the battery. The positive wire just made it to the battery terminal. Overall I'm pleased with the result. My legs and back might forgive me in a day or two.
