I own a 2018 wrangler unlimited sport that has tire wear on the front that someone told me that the shocks are bad/worn and this is the cause of the tire wear and slight vibration. It only has 60k miles, most highway, has anyone else had this issue?

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Good time for a mild lift with a Rubicon takeoff suspension swap, will be affordable and should last you at least another 60k :)
And the Rubi shocks have more travel and a bit better than the Sport set.

I had a 2019 JLR, 100% stock, and both of my back shocks started leaking by 20K miles. They were back ordered for months.

Doesn’t surprise me, I’ve seen ball joints, shocks, control arm and track bar bushings all go bad in as little as 25k in some cases on stock rigs. This is why I’ve changed all my suspension to greasable, rebuildable components.

When I got mine home and started taking off parts and saw not one grease fitting, not even one, I told my wife, who was doing this...?..... because I was dismantling a brand new Jeep, that, I’ll be under here in 6 months anyway, I might as well get ahead of it, lol.

My suggestion is to not replace anything with oem parts or you’ll be on here again in 6 months reviving the thread...?.......✌

I did that when i found 1 leaking shock at 50k miles. Cheaper to buy 4 take offs than 1 new pair. When I started replacing them, I found another one that was blown. Even the rubicon oem shocks are junk.

I would get a second opinion. The shocks might be bad, but uneven tire wear is usually alignment and vibration is usually tire balance.

Eh, 60k is pretty low miles for shocks. But its an FCA product so who are we kidding...?
