What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

It is the price of a flat windshield. JK's, TJ's, YJ's, and CJ's have this happen all the time. I've heard you can order replacement glass made of Corning Gorilla Glass. I've not confirmed this, but I'd bet it is very pricey.

As for what I'm doing to my JL today.....I'm going to install the Magnaflow axle back exhaust! Hopefully in a couple hours I'll be able to report back. I'll try and get before/after sound recordings. Can't wait!

Can’t wait to hear this. The JL has a nice exhaust not and was wondering what it would sound like with a magnaflow

Put on a artec bumper and swapped my winch over from my xj

Is that the nighthawk? I love how it shows the full front of the JL. Certainly the bumper I’m most considering. Did you do the matching rear? Not as much of a fan of that one.

Just the front, not sure what I want for the rear many options out there yet and nothing I like and not sure what I need yet


The only issue I had with it is the fog light monts are setup for 11+ jk fogs and jl incandescent fogs do not alignment up with the holes

I’m also interested in the Magna exhaust. I’ve got a set on my Mustang and love it, but was thinking about this upgrade for my JL maybe this year. Magna already has one available? dang

Could you take some close up pics of the top? Particularly what the inside lining looks like?

I would say the top interior is more medium gray than the photo suggests.

Nope, not needed with the Draw-Tite receiver.

Is the Smittybilt hook detatchable, or did you have to buy a new rope? I haven't looked closely at mine yet (still in the box), but pics I've seen look like the hook is not removeable without cutting the rope. I like that shackle mount!
