What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Panic set in when I couldn't get out in 4 lo but locking the diffs I able to slowly inch back out of the soggy mud/clay.

From what I found, 4 low is too low for mud or snow. When others were running 4 low I would be spinning wheels. I run 4 high and just use the select shift in 1st and 2nd gear when I need the rpm's. I only use 4 low when I need the lockers to climb something. But, every situation is different. Good pic!

I attached the winch hook to our forklift, and spooled the rope in with the Jeep in Neutral and the parking brake slightly on.

Hmm I'll see if I can pick up a forklift on my way home today... JK.. I guess I could use a tree or something with one of those straps to protect it.

LoL, I wanted to suggest a tree but some people are a little sensitive to that(make sure you use a tree saver) A pickup truck hitch would work too...

Yep, I plan to remove mine - but issue is it exposes the wiring/backside of the Sport fogs.

Btw, I’m a future Sport S owner looking to purchase a Rubi takeoff front bumper. Let me know.

There has got to be an issue with some of the glass.. maybe a QC issue. These things are cracking way to easy.

It is the price of a flat windshield. JK's, TJ's, YJ's, and CJ's have this happen all the time. I've heard you can order replacement glass made of Corning Gorilla Glass. I've not confirmed this, but I'd bet it is very pricey.

Yeah, I'd love it. I'd just imagine it would be VERY expensive, like north of $1k, and maybe close to 2.

As for what I'm doing to my JL today.....I'm going to install the Magnaflow axle back exhaust! Hopefully in a couple hours I'll be able to report back. I'll try and get before/after sound recordings. Can't wait!
