I ran these with Evo 2.5" springs and they worked perfect for that amount of lift.
They will work well with 2.5" lift springs from any one of the reputable manufacturers out there. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!
They both offer about 10.5" of travel. King for whatever reason doesn't post their lengths which is annoying.
Just measured them....
Front: Compressed 15" eye to eye, fully extended 25.5" eye to eye
Rear: Compressed 17" eye to eye, full extended 27.5" eye to eye.
Yeah I have the same problem with the rear steel bumper as well. Both rear quarters are pretty mashed in already.
I'll be putting on either Genright or Evo Mfg rock sliders on, just haven't decided which one looks cleaner. I know they will both be frame mounted and stout so that's a non issue...
I don't think they are worthless... I know they are worthless. If you want to use these as step, they work great as just that. They WILL not support anything other than your body weight getting in and out of this thing...
To name these "rock rails" I would have to assume for mainly keeping pebbles from kicking up into the body... I have a set of these and they are absolutely worthless when it comes to keeping an actual rock from coming up into the body.
I wouldn't waste your money on these if you're actually...
