Im looking to go for 35s also, I went with the 6 speed though - would it make much of a difference with standard?
I would imagine just fine.

Great start on your build

Question, how much did you pay for rhe rubicon lift kit?

When I get mine I’ll be pulling the factory one off for the Mopar and selling it.

Thanks
I got it from a buddy that did the Mopar lift on his Rubicon.

Did you regear for the bigger tires? How is the ride if not?
I did on my JK but not on the JL. The 8 speed has been handling the tires just fine. Yes you could tell after, but I would dare to say it's better with the factory gears then my JK was after getting taller ones!

First of all I want to say I love the look of your JL. I too have the JLU Sport Billet Silver. I wanted to ask and forgive me if it’s already been covered but does anyone know if I were to swap out the Sport Suspension for the Rubicon would it void the warranty? And also how is the ride now that you’ve had the lift on there for a little while? Is the steering still nice and tight? Did you use everything from the rubicon suspension? And another question off topic but can anyone give me tips or has any suggestions on how to store the back window and side windows now? I checked in the little cargo tub and there was a plastic bag with the tool kit and two sets of straps one set hooks to the back area like the JKs were you could roll the back window up and put it in the hanging straps and the other set were Velcro which I assume were for the side windows to roll up and store too. But I tried rolling the back window up and it’s just not happening and I doubt the side windows will roll up either now they have the plastic posts attached to them. So any tips or pointers or ideas on what to get or use for that will be appreciated.

Was able to fit 35s with new coils. Not that i could disco and flex with them, but they are for now!

Did you need spacers? I have 35s/12.5/17 KO2s that came off our truck, I'm wanting to put on my sport stock wheels and I'm not sure if we need wheel spacers or not.

There was actually a law passed a few years back, basically it said dealers could not just automatically void a warranty because aftermarket parts were installed. they have to prove the parts or their installation damaged the vehicle. I don't see how that could possibly happen , by installing a Rubicon suspension.

Warranties are usually only affected by the parts replaced. Even it's Mopar parts, they are still not the parts it left factory with, so they are not going to fix your shock for example.

No Spacers, not a huge fan of them for safety reasons.

How good does it shade you?
The Spiderwebshade is a must for any Wrangler owner. It blocks 90% of UV rays according to their site. Also cuts wind noise, and never has to come off either.

Is the steering still nice and tight?
It's looser bc the caster is off. AKA the axle is rolled forward due to taller coils. That is corrected with adjustable control arms. Which were not out at the time of this install, only the Mopar 2" lift ones were and you could not buy those alone.

Yes if its not an OEM part its not covered , but say for example you installed a cold air intake , and your engine blows a rod. The dealer just can't blame the CAI , and not honor your warranty.
