Did you notice any difference in ride with the Rubi suspension? I figure the springs are a bit stiffer but wonder if there is any noticeable difference in the shocks.
No I drove for a day before I put the 35s on just to see. Ride was same, steering slightly looser due to caster being just off. The Mopar 2" kit comes with LCAs that at .75" longer than OEM to correct that. I will just have to wait for adjustable RK arms to fix caster!

So Scott..you were uncomfortable with "her" being all shiny from the factory? Yuck.

Best make that dirty girl into something that would show she's been on the trail right?

The doors...just goes to show you that when "there's a will, a Jeeper will find a way."

Oh--"will".....that could mean either "the desire," or "the money from deceased family,"---no matter to me.;) Wrangler's ______________ fill in the blank. "Survey says" number one answer is "cost."

Thanks for sharing!

Great start on your build

Question, how much did you pay for rhe rubicon lift kit?

When I get mine I’ll be pulling the factory one off for the Mopar and selling it.

Thanks

Thank you. Really loving this thing so far. Hoping it maintains some of this ride and feel with a new suspension.
Did you regear for the bigger tires? How is the ride if not?

On my JK, i went from stock to 35s and it really didn't need to be regeared. I've heard that the JL is even better with the 8 speed transmission. I'm sure 35s run great.

Springs are not stiffer, or at least not noticeable. Ride felt exact same as stock and even with the 35s she is still very peppy

Im looking to go for 35s also, I went with the 6 speed though - would it make much of a difference with standard?
