Forgot to include the side steps in negotiations. What side steps would you recommend? I have a JLU Sport. My first Jeep and the more I drive it, the more I want to drive it.

Thanks,
Stacey
I ordered a set of NFAB rock rails with removable steps - best of both worlds for my level of off roading.

Not sure if the first ones wouldnā€™t be slippery or what with water or mud on them as there doesnā€™t seem to be any texture to them...
These are my favorites ! Might replace the standard Sahara ones on mine with these eventually

Very nice! How was the installation/fitment?
Not to bad. 9 bolts on each side. 6 along the pinch seam and 3 underneath. Just gotta be patient. Get all the bolts started then tightened her down. I'm satisfied with them. Definitely feel as these steps are for a lifted Jeep though. Right now, I step right over them into the Jeep cause I got used to doing that before I got the steps. :giggle: When I get my 37s on this week, I'll actually be putting them to use though.

Great point. I will definitely spray on some anti-slip coatings or bed-liner on it before putting it on the jeep. You can actually buy this one with bed-liner coatings, but it cost $200 more which the price doesn't make any sense to me.
I love your NFAB steps too, but I am looking for a running board which is a lot easier for my kid and his upcoming dog to get in and out.;)
I will report back with pictures how practical they are after a few weeks.

Itā€™s been a while since a smart guy hadnā€™t mentioned the good ole Ā« mall crawling Ā» shit !
Go rock crawling and leave people alone !
Wives and kids are short, they need steps
