Your order experience with Koons?

So I’ve been pricing a 392 with multiple dealers and so far Koons has the best price for my particular build. Several dealers have threads here, but I’ve yet to see one for Koons. I’m curious how peoples experience with ordering from them went. While price is a big part of where I buy, customer service is also very important.

I bought from Craig at Koons and he was quick to respond and order. 6% below invoice.

I purchased mine from Koons/Craig back in Jan 2019. I had a good experience and would do it again.

It was get a quote via email, submit the order (had to make a down payment of the time of $1000), go in, sign paperwork, and leave. All pretty painless.

I purchased mine from Craig last spring. Great experience with no surprises. I would definitely buy another Jeep from him.

I bought mine there. Buying experience was good. Found a small cut in my leather seat and had issues with them getting it fixed. He first offered swapping the seat out with another one which I agreed to then claimed he never said that. Fortunately I had an email of his stating that. They wound up taking it to a local shop to fix the panel in the leather that was cut.

$hit happens I realize but I felt they could do better about getting it fixed. I'd honestly buy there again though.

What kind of % below invoice are they offering on 392's?

Bought off the lot last August and again online last week from Craig. Very happy with Koons‘ customer service.

Ordered a 392 from Craig in Oct and delivered in Jan...$7k of MSRP at the time. Craig was very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. Would definitely buy him again.
