I’m new to jeep ! I have a 2020 wrangler sport unlimited 2.0 engine and it makes a whinning noise when I accelerate…. Anyone know what this noise is and how I can stop it?

Without actually hearing the noise, my guess is it's either the turbo or intake. I hear a similar (I assume) whistling/whining noise in my 3.0 which is the intake when accelerating.

Have you heard the cold start rattle yet, lol. The 2.0Ls are noisy engines. If you're hearing "whining" when accelerating, you are probably just hearing the turbo spool up and that is normal for any turbo-charged engine.
