wonder when Mopar changed the HD hinge?

2024 wrangler rubicon w/AEV 2.5 dualsport lift
I know I have seen a lot of mopar hd hinges that have 3 tapped holes for mounting different accessories...I have also seen several without the tapped holes...I just got one from a jeep dealer, they had it discounted to $475..anyone know when they changed not that it matters much but just curious..
