We are getting significant snow at elevation today. This has to be the earliest I've seen this much snow; it is not even November.

Took the Jeep to these lakes that become unreachable by Thanksgiving. It was snowing very hard, but it was absolutely beautiful. Thankfully it was 26 degrees; keeps the snow dry and powdery.

The Jeep didn't miss a beat!

We're in Opposite Land at the moment.

Recent daytime highs have been in the mid-70s here; the afternoon sun beating on the house forced me to turn the A/C back on for a bit. That's really unseasonably warm for these parts. I can remember Octobers when it'd be cold enough for gloves early on in the month.

Trick-or-Treat promises to be comfortable for the kids. The extended forecast for early November brings a bit of rain, but highs still close to 60°. Only at the end of Nov., in the current long-range forecast, do we see highs dropping to the mid to high 40s.

Truthfully, Aldo, I wouldn't mind some of the snow that you have...after I take delivery of the new JLUS. ;)

Yeah. I've gotten stuck so many times in the snow, that I purposely refrain from driving a white Jeep... :CWL:

I see this is a Sahara Overland, how does it handle snow as compared to a Rubicon?

You should send those pics to Jeep so they can use it in their brochure.

I don't like snow but we SURE need the water. I've never seen it so dry here in So. Utah...it's like the dust bowl. We never got the summer monsoons.

NOAA is saying with La Nina this year, PNW will be colder and wetter and the southwest will be warmer and dryer...Who TF Knows...next summer someone will be claiming they were right...LOL
